Where we started
Crafted Finishes began in a small workshop in 2004. Marcus Webb, then a solo tradesman, believed that finishing work deserved the same respect as any other craft. No shortcuts. No cutting corners. Just proper work done the right way.
How we work
Every project begins with listening. We visit your space, understand the context, and only then do we recommend a course of action. We believe in transparency—clear timelines, honest assessments, and no surprises.

Yes. While we specialise in comprehensive finishing work, we're happy to discuss projects of all sizes. Even a single well-executed room can transform how you feel about your home.
We recommend reaching out 4–6 weeks before your ideal start date. This allows time for a proper site visit, material sourcing, and scheduling. For urgent projects, we'll always try to accommodate if possible.
We work throughout London and the surrounding counties. For heritage or specialised projects, we're happy to travel further afield. Get in touch to discuss your location.
